A beautiful change in this home ! We removed the carpet from this living room and hallway , we also removed the existing wood in front of their doorway and reused it to fill in the hallway and purchased white oak shorts from Premium Hardwoods & Pfeiffer Custom Furnishings to make sure we met budget , then to put the cherry on top we put down some gorgeous ProCoat natural to compliment this home and expand the space ! Special thanks to Jesse Linton for putting in a nice long day with us !

Before and after of this beautiful cabin ! Customer wanted to get rid of the yellow and orange look of the aged oil based finish , we added Rubio Monocoat USA Cortado for a rich look and beautiful grain definition , added flush mount vents and filled knots with wood wise knot filler (black), then trowel filled the cracks and gaps with a species matched filler for a smooth result ! Topped off with sheen plus to add depth and more of a sheen !

Big photo dump ! Took these photos during application , I’m dead after this one haha so I didn’t get the greatest photos , I’ll probably just do a video walkthrough later but here we are ! It’s done 😀 👏 weeks of working 16 hrs , I’m sure you’ve seen the videos of install but we installed most of this home and refinished their handrails and stairs (stairs are getting wrapped with carpet 🤢) but we got her done , Rubio Monocoat USA ash grey on this one !

Had an amazing time at the expo ! What a blast and a time for connecting with the community and expanding our knowledge of the trade and products , special thanks to Rubio Monocoat USA for letting me have some fun doing some demos of the pre color mint and the coating of some dark roast !

Well not a bunch of before and afters on this one , we where running like crazy haha and two of our machines broke down during this floor but we got it done !!! Beautiful engineered (probably the thinnest I’ve attempted sanding) wire brushed and peeling , we came in and sanded it flat adding a beautiful Rubio Monocoat USA on top !!
