Memorial Day weekend is here and the BloomStead is stocked with all the fresh farm goodies 🌿💐🥚
This weekend at Babes Bloomstead you’ll find:
• Farm fresh fragrant floral arrangements
• Fresh eggs
• Handmade floral soaps + candles
• Ice cold drinks in the cooler
• Garden plants including Big Daddy & Roma tomatoes 🍅
• Lettuce mix packs 🥬
And simmer pot kits will be coming soon — I can’t wait to share them with you!
A little farm update from the flower rows 🌸
The last week has been a whirlwind of planting — over 1,000 plants went into the ground! Since February, I’ve been seeding flowers like crazy preparing for this growing season, and seeing everything finally come together has been so rewarding.
There have definitely been highs and lows along the way. Some exciting wins like building a successful indoor grow station and getting some difficult varieties to germinate… and some disappointments too, like one planting flowering before reaching full size. Farming always keeps me learning.
Even through the challenges, I’m so excited for what’s ahead and I truly can’t wait to see everyone again at the farmers market soon with beautiful blooms in hand 💐
