Come see me as a guest speaker at the Appleseed Quilters Guild of Fort Wayne
The March 3rd Appleseed Quilters Guild meeting will feature Teri Fritch, from Patchwork Playground, with a fun trunk show and pop-up vendor booth featuring modern fabric and other quilting supplies.
Teri Fritch got her quilting start in the 1980's with a tied quilt. Then life got busy. In 2000 her local library offered a quilt class. She took it and was hooked, soon she was teaching classes herself.
In 2005 Teri got her longarm. And now has a small but mighty quilt shop at her home. Patchwork Playground is a beautiful, well lit, cheery shop specializing in modern fabric. There is a complete line of blenders, 2500+ bolts, fat quarters, patterns, quilter notions, kits, and precuts. It is open by appointment, please note there are stairs.
Teri, with her Patchwork Playground pop up booth, is featured at regional quilt shows, retreats, and quilt guilds. She also offers a Trunk Show program.
Teri is a member of It's Sew Easy - Butler Quilt Group, with about 25 members. Teri teaches beginners classes and other workshops for her group. The It's Sew Easy - Butler Quilt Group quilt group has a charity sew day once a month for various non-profits and community needs.
