Sneak peak of some of the sample skeins of hand dyed texel wool! I've been skeining them up as they are dried.
Full skeins will be 45 yards each and will come in a set of complimentary colors!

There's been a lot of drama and chaos going on, so I've been pretty quiet here, but wanted to do a quick post to show what I've been cooking up recently...
Starting to dye up some of the awesome yarn that came from my cousins sheep! ,🐑🐑 These are fi*****ng weight skeins. Each skein will be hand dyed, so each color will be slightly unique. I'll get better pics in better light when I have more done. That's pics don't do the colors justice at all! So far I've done Plum, Garnet, and Dusty Rose (light and dark of the plum and garnet).

This is probably the post that I have dreaded making the most in my life....

September 14, 2022, extremely unexpectedly, my mother and best friend, Sandy Lintz, passed away suddenly. She was at home, surrounded by her four incredible grandsons who took the best care of her in the entire world. Liam Greenley has done more for her than any grandchild in the universe could have done for a grandparent. He took the best care of her in the world.

She loved her grandkids -- all four of them -- more than anything else... and if these last few screwed-up months had ANY perks to them whatsoever, then it's the fact that she got to spend extra time with those boys. She told me a few weeks ago that she loved running them to their lessons and appointments and getting them into classes. She said it was a pain, but she absolutely loved it. She truly enjoyed the insanity. She said she wasn't looking forward to it just being her and Liam again because she was enjoying it!
Funeral will be in Butler at Thompson-Miller with viewing on Thursday the 22nd and funeral and burial on the 23rd. Please contact me if you need any details.
