When people hire a company to perform work, they expect it to be done correctly. That is not always the case. I am so tired of pulling up to jobs after people complain their furnace isn’t working right. They complain they can’t get ahold of the company who did the install or they can’t be bothered to come back and fix it. Installed wrong and now you need a new furnace. So you paid double.
Came across this new install today. Oh boy, wrong, wrong, wrong. So if your furnace looks like this, everything about the install is wrong. Before you buy a home, have the furnace inspected by a legit company. There is so much of this type of work being done in Butte. When a furnace isn’t installed correctly, there is a possibility of it killing people with carbon monoxide because of holes in the heat exchanger created from improper installation. Many times, this doesn’t get caught by home inspections. Do your homework and hire a legit company to inspect.

Home warranties are a rip off. We have customers who have these warranties. Quite honestly we haven’t had anyone ever get any financial help from the warranty company. Read the fine print, they have so many exclusions.. crazy exclusions.
We don’t recommend buying into a warranty.
