Seafood Boil x Sushi

I'm slightly addicted to seafood boils, and I'm always making more than necessary. I love trying to find new ways to utilize the leftovers, and this has got to be a new favorite. It's not my best roll job, I'm a little out of practice, but the flavor is there! I'll definitely be recreating this with crawfish next season.

Cooked a big batch of shrimp and crab practicing the 2 pot method in my . These are some of the better pots I own and recommend to anyone who's looking for some QoL improvements for the traditional pot method. And if there's seafood, I keep a shaker of Willie Dust on stand by. It definitely stepped these rolls up a notch!

Last Sunday, we threw some brats and dogs on the grill. A few of the kids asked about their Lunchables pizzas, so why not give it a go?! They loved it, and more than 1 adult was sad we only made 3 😅

Hitting the smoker early this morning! 9lb brisket hit with Brisket rub.

Load up the smoker and feed the masses!

Threw down on 20lbs of chicken wings for my crew! Seasoned up with Honey Chipotle. A little appetizer of smoked cream cheese also got the Honey Chipotle treatment. I got exactly one photo before they got demolished!

Had the sauce options of:
Mango Habanero
Honey BBQ
Buffalo
Parmesan Garlic
Naked

Each one was a hit! You can't go wrong when rocking MY FAVORITE rub, Honey Chipotle! I'm so glad it's now at my local Ace. Don't have to wait on shipping. And anyone that knows me knows I can go on rants about shipping!

Check out this delicious transformation of my crawfish boil leftovers into this Cajun "Fried Rice" masterpiece. The flavor is WILD thanks to cajun bringing the bayou heat and that unforgettable zing from Funky Garlic hot sauce adding a garlicky kick.

Anyone else out there intentionally over-boil for the leftover potential?! 🤔

🔥 Quesadilla Chronicles: Steak Edition! 🔥

Alright, folks, these quesadillas are simple but will rock your world! 🌎 I started with steak, seasoned to perfection with 's Tasty Sear (seriously, game changer!). A little sous vide magic followed by a flamethrower sear for that seared crust – because why not? 🤷‍♂️

Then, a mountain of cheese (because, duh 🧀) and a thicccc pour of Smokey J Sauce INSIDE the quesadilla. It's like a flavor explosion in every bite! 💥 And because one serving is never enough, I doubled down with more of that delicious but switching over to the Chim'charr as a dip for my personal plate. Addicted? Absolutely. Apologies? Zero. 🙅‍♂️
