New version in the blog. So easy to make and taste delicious!
Recipe:
1 pound ground meat (I use pork loin)
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 egg
1/2 cup green onion
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
25 -30 pcs wontons wraps
Steps:
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except wontons.
Using your hand, hold the wonton wraps face up, then, add 1 tablespoon of filling. Slowly, close the wrap with meat showing on top. Repeat process till done.
In the stove, heat the pan. Then, arrange the dumplings. Wait until golden brown in the bottom. Then, slowly add 3/4 cup water. Cover, and let it cook in medium heat for 10 minutes or until water dries out. Turn off the heat, then, garnish green onions and chill garlic oil. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
