I’ve been getting a lot of questions about my at-home spa setups, so I wanted to show you how easy it is to use a red light therapy panel. I use the Red light mode for skin health and Near-Infrared (NIR) for deeper muscle recovery after workouts.
It only takes about 15-20 minutes a day (and yes, always wear the protective goggles! 🕶️).
