Thank you to all of our customers who contributed goods to this sale. Thank you to all the volunteers who turned one person’s cast off into another person’s treasure to aid the Salvation Army in providing youth programs, student scholarships, holiday gifts and emergency assistance. And a shout out to Lou Ann Kauffman for stepping in at almost the last minute to fill the shoes of Coordinator…her leadership skills were evident in the successful organization of this event. 👏👏

Thank you to everyone who made the trek to 3576 Concord Road. Our opening day was spectacular. You all showed patience waiting to enter our Sale location.

We had folks shopping and visiting our 2026 Fabric Fair who were from States other than Pennsylvania. Just to name a few….Maryland, Florida, New Jersey and a few other locations.

We are beginning to make plans for our 30th Fabric Fair to be held in 2027. More details will be posted including how to volunteer, donations, dates and location of the 2027 Fabric Fair

Several have signed up to be Volunteers. We never have enough of these dedicated individuals. If you are interested in getting involved, please let us know how we can help you.

A final shout out to all our hardworking, dedicated volunteers who shared their organization skills, creative spirits and love of everything Fiber is commendable.

The Women’s Auxiliary of the Salvation Army of York is the benefactor of your purchase raising funds to provide emergency assistance, holiday gifts, youth programs and student scholarships

Do you see a quilt in the making…or a pile of fabric to give away or throw away? One suggestion for controlling your scraps is to cut them into useable sizes…5”, 3 1/2”, 2 1/2” etc and put them in a clear bag or box until you have enough to make a quilt, a table runner, a pillow…you get the idea!

If you end up with any size scraps you definitely don’t want, we’ll be happy to accept them for use in the classroom. In a recent class, someone just needed a 1” piece of white to make an eye in their collage project. Thank you in advance!
