Yes, I have an ulterior motive. I just unexpectedly became the owner of an adorable Singer 221. Tell me…will it inspire me? Or is it just another sewing machine? 😉

When Lara Langston feels "inspired" when she is sewing with her trusty Featherweight. Only, with Lara, it's more than quilting creativity... Somehow, when Lara is working with her Featherweight, her thoughts are clearer, and she gains insight to whatever mystery is currently on her mind.

Lara is not the first in her family to have this gift. Nana always called it "getting in the zone."

Lara Langston is back in Pringle Iowa and ready to get involved in a community event.

We know that many of our customers are some of the most generous quilters in supporting charitable organizations around the world, from pillowcases and backpacks to clothing and quilts.

Will you take a moment and tell us what group(s)/organizations you support?

Lara Langston is back home in Pringle, Iowa. Ever since she moved into Nana's victorian house in this quaint small town, she has made an effort to live the community-focused life that her Nana did.

And that includes work on the committe for the annual Community Potluck. What seems like a harmless community event will propel Lara into another mystery... this time with family ties. Don't miss the upcoming Pot O' Luck mystery!
