One of our featured artists of this month is David Camerlo! Val Bosca Pottery is the only ceramic arts studio in Colorado utilizing the rich natural inheritance of native clays and minerals. From the surrounding mountains and mesas of Colorado's Wet Mountains area come all the raw materials to produce our robust stoneware and terracotta ceramics.
Over 30 hand labor operations from digging and refining raw materials to forming and firing go into each unique piece. Subtle colors and textures reflect natural variations in the material palette, the process and the elemental nature of fire.
Make sure you stop by this month to check out his work and maybe grab a masterpiece for yourself!

One of our featured artists this month is Justin Reddick!

Over the past decade, Justin has worked with people from many walks of life—including incarcerated individuals, students, families, artists, and faith communities. Through that work, he discovered a simple truth: creativity has the power to help people make sense of their stories, develop resilience, and imagine new possibilities for their future.

Today, Art the Hard Way creates coloring books, workbooks, educational resources, custom legacy projects, and creative programs designed to help people find meaning, purpose, and connection through artistic expression.

Make sure to stop by and see these in person and maybe grab a piece for your place.
