💗 A Bittersweet Announcement from Cam’s Sweet Goodies 💗
After a lot of thought, consideration, and going back and forth with myself, I have made the difficult decision that I will no longer be accepting wedding cake orders. 🤍
This decision has not been an easy one, as I truly appreciate every single person who has trusted me to be a small part of such a special day. Being asked to create something for one of the biggest moments in someone’s life is an honor that I will never take for granted.
As much as I love baking and creating beautiful cakes, wedding cakes come with a tremendous amount of time, preparation, responsibility, and pressure. Between working a full-time job, running my small business, and balancing my personal life, I have realized that I need to take a step back from this particular part of my business.
I have always wanted to give every customer my absolute best, and I never want to take on something if I feel I cannot give it the time, attention, and perfection it deserves. Wedding days are incredibly special, and every couple deserves a cake that is everything they have dreamed of. 🤍
Please know that this does NOT mean I am stepping away from baking! I will still happily be accepting orders for birthday cakes, celebration cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and all the other sweet treats you know and love!
To everyone who has supported me, encouraged me, and trusted me with their special occasions, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. Your support means more than you will ever know.
Sometimes growing as a small business owner means learning your limits, making difficult decisions, and understanding that you cannot do everything. I am still learning, still growing, and still so excited to see where this little business takes me.
