has cost me thousands of dollars. I hired them to manage a property, they put a tenant in the house that completely destroyed the place, I mean they did an end of lease report stating that 121 items needed to be repaired or replaced. Some of which they should be responsible for because THEY had done repairs that need to be redone, like charging me approximately 3,000 for a c/a unit that doesn't work, a microwave that opens 8" and gouged the wall every time, a sink they glued to the wall, they let 5 people live there when only one was on the lease, they said there was no evidence of 5 people, they said they did inspections, but when I called because there was a poorly installed window ac unit and rain came in through the cardboard surrounding it, they charged me 120.00 and took a couple of random pictures of rooms other than the room in question...omg I could go on and on with the dissatisfaction from Epuc Property Management..I wish I was warned
