We’re hiring for a full-time position that plays a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is not just a “sit behind a desk” job—you’ll be involved in multiple areas of the business.

Responsibilities include:
• Accounts Receivable & bookkeeping
• Processing customer orders & supporting sales team
• Website updates (Wix platform)
• General office/admin support

We’re also open to someone who is willing to help in the warehouse when needed. Forklift experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person who’s willing to learn.

What we’re looking for:
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks
• Takes pride in their work and follows through

Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Wix is a big plus.

💰 Pay: $20–$28/hr (based on experience)
📍 Location: Cape Girardeau
🕒 Full-time 8-5

It is with a very heavy heart that we share the passing of our former longtime office manager, Dennis Jones.

Dennis played a pivotal role in my opportunity to purchase Girardeau’s and gave me the chance to build it into what it is today. His trust, guidance, and belief in me meant more than I can ever fully express. Beyond his work, Dennis was someone who truly cared, and his impact will be felt for many years to come.
