I've just gotten off the phone with the Parks & Rec Dept. Due to unforeseen circumstances Rick Werner is no longer in charge of the event. The P&R Dept will be taking over as of right now. If you have already paid please do everything in your power to find your receipt from last year and take it up to Sherry Friga or text a picture to her. (That info will follow this post) If you are unable to find that if we are lucky enough for Rick to mail out the reminders he always has you can send that in as well. I also asked for them to consider a Friday Night from 4-9 or 5-9, I also explained maybe not everyone would be able to participate but its a great opportunity that we have asked of Rick for years and it was good to hear that was already a conversation they were having.
