From her recently renovated, turn-of-the century studio in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Cindy Buchheit has brought creative and realistic solutions to residential and commercial design and renovation since 2007. Her passion for bringing spaces to life resonates by infusing new spaces with antique furniture and lighting, as well as aged spaces with new fixtures. Improving or creating a client’s space

While studying interior and architectural design at Southeast Missouri State University, Cindy developed an educated eye and hands-on knowledge for design, construction and renovation while working alongside a variety of designers and construction workers. Cindy is eager to give back to the community. She is currently the Design Committee Chair for Old Town Cape, helping to improve the aesthetic of businesses in the Central Business District (downtown). She sits on the Lutheran Family Children Services Holiday Home Tour Committee, by having her house on the tour and helping others prepare their homes for the tour as well. Before relocating to Cape Girardeau, Cindy served a three year term as a board member and President for the Perryville Area Chamber of Commerce.
