✅ Phase 1 complete. Check out the transformation of this home in Delta, Missouri. When removing the existing carpet we found several damaged areas that needed to be addressed. Our team removed and replaced the damaged areas. A complete sanding and refinishing was performed. We spilt the home into 2 phases in order to accommodate our customer. We had the chance to return to a home we did 9 years ago and add solid 2 1/4” white oak hardwood flooring to another bedroom. After removing the existing carpet , installing new wood flooring we performed on site finishing. An early American stain was used to match the floors we did in the rest of the home and finished off with a satin polyurethane. New construction in Anna, IL ✅ We installed custom hardood floors in their Cape Girardeau home roughly 12 years ago so we jumped at the chance to work for them again on the new Anna home. We installed tile in the kitchen, repaired subfloor damage prior to installing solid unfinished 4” white oak and completed on site finishing. We recently had the privilege of working for a life long friend of mine! This projects consisted of removing the existing carpet and laminate flooring. We installed red oak stair treads, 5” solid red oak hardwood flooring then performed on site finishing. Our customers selected a golden oak stain with a satin finish.
