Today is not how I planned, motorcycle needed tires as well which means it'll take longer than just routine maintenance. I had a few hours to burn and went to in Cape Girardeau. This place is has amazing b**r like scratch (not fully as exotic but still similar) but they have way better food options!

Tried this villager salad at Olympia kebab house in St. Louis. It was a amazing! I don't like green peppers very much but this hid them very well. I am going to try making this salad, more specifically the dressing!

Been a bit since I posted. We got some green chili meat with cilantro, feta, and corn tortillas!
