Looking back at a beautiful Mtn Boho remodel up Castle Creek. This reno included a collaborative design process with an inspired owner, as well as a unique opportunity to incorporate custom designed furnishings. I can’t believe this was completed 5 years ago!

It’s a good feeling when a plan get’s approved!
Tuesday night we finally reached approval for a landmark housing development designed and catered to the needs of Basalt. Following the master plan guidance and responsive to the need for affordable and obtainable living for locals in the Roaring Fork Valley. Approvals include a total of 64 residential units at 50% deed-restricted affordable community-housing and resident-occupied and 20 more set-up to give locals a first chance to buy. Plus 12 hospitality river cabins designed to sit softly on the land and contribute to the tourism economy of Basalt.
