We’re back! Kelsie has made an amazing recovery so far and continues to do so! We are ready to reopen the store on a limited schedule! Today (Monday) we are open 1:00-4:30, and will post the remainder of the week’s schedule later tonight. Thanks for all the support and words of encouragement for our family during this time. We will see you on Water Street!

Our store will be closed temporarily while we deal with a medical emergency. We’ll update with a reopening date when we are able to. Kelsie is our main concern right now. Please pray for her.

We’ve brought back some popular items in the Maine shot glass and coaster sets, and added a new item in the Maine serving board and spreader! These make great gifts for anyone who loves the Pine Tree State! 🌲

Update: Dumplings sold out in 44 minutes! It turns out Gabby knows what she’s talking about! We have more mystery dumplings on the way, as well as other versions of the dumpling. Stay tuned to our page for updates!

We’re switching to our summer hours today! We’ll be open 9am-2pm, giving Dada a couple of extra hours to spend with this guy! 😊

This was a fun collaboration with Ghent at Aroostook Savings and Loan and Northern Maine Kolache Co.! We can’t wait to stop in to see it in its new home and try some of these kolaches we keep hearing about!

Ghent Holdsworth at Aroostook Savings and Loan had this made for us. A reclaimed wood cutout of Maine with our name on it, made by Creative Carpentry of Maine. And in the upper corner, a little Texas cutout. Because kolaches are rooted in Texas and that is where our story with them began.

We are so grateful for our partnership with Aroostook Savings and Loan. Ghent’s always available. Always responsive. Never makes you feel like your project is too small or too complicated. He just gets stuff done.

If you are not currently doing your personal or business banking with them I genuinely encourage you to reach out to him. In a world where financing can feel impersonal, Ghent is not.
