We are STILL having problems with Windstream!!!! The "estimated" time to fix this outage is THURSDAY!!! I have been without a phone since last Wednesday. Nobody showed up to work on it Friday like they were supposed to (even after texting at 4:20AM to make sure I would be there or they would charge me $50 for missing the appointment........that they never showed up for). Now I can't get ahold of a real person. UGH!!! I promise you I am here 10am to 4:30(ish) this week!!!!
