If you don’t know about Joesph Roberson yet you will shortly. Joe has a dream to create a YouTube channel and he’s doing everything in his power to build that now at a young age. He doesn’t let the busy schedule of a high school teenager life trying maintain his high GPA get in the way of his dream to be a YouTube personality. He’s constantly investing in himself and constantly causing himself to grow! He’s pushing hard to grow, to learn, to glean from others who have already made this a successful career! It’s been said, show me your mentors and I’ll show you your future... Joe is being mentored through his education on YouTube by people who now have nearly 1 billion views and millions of subscribers. All though he’s in the early stages that every one who has a dream must go through, the building phase, it won’t be long before he’s off and growing through with the big “M” as Hohn Maxwell calls it...the momentum phase. Today’s highlight reel goes to Kristian Montgomery! From the time we first met, I knew he had something special. He was lighting focused, humble and he was a no nonsense kind of guy. He was pushing hard and fast to graduate and wanting to head into his masters program. Shortly after graduating he accepted a key leadership role at a top Fortune 100 company. While working full time, mostly swing to graveyard, Kris pursued his MBA. His hunger for leadership principals and desire for growth and knowledge was astounding. I believe this is what has always set him apart from his peer group. Kris was working 50-60 hours a week and pursuing his MBA at the same time, as well as nurturing and growing a relationship with his then fiancé. I remember how his fiancé would tell us she would find him sleeping at his desk after long nights of studying. He was hungry in his pursuit and nothing short of success would stop him. Kris has since closed the book and graduated with his MBA! He also left the large organization he was working for and is now a GM for one of the finest bicycle manufacturers in the world. Kris is now in charge of Trek Bikes west coast logistics center. Kris’s dedication to the process has him holding a role that is usually reserved for tenured employees often double his age, yet Kris holds that role at only 27 years old! Kris is a perfect example of hard work and dedication to the process paying off. He pursued what he wanted and achieved each and every one of his targets with strong ex*****on and relentless pursuit, including making that lovely fiancé of his now his wife! In two short years, he got married, bought his first home, accepted a new position and the biggest accomplishment, Kris and his wife Kayla just recently became parents of a beautiful baby boy. When Kris isn’t crushing it in the business sector he’s at home crushing it as a husband and dad now!
Kris’s newest venture and long time vision is to build and create sustainable farming methods using hydroponics! We know that with Kris’s proven dedication and relentless pursuit for the things he loves and is passionate about, he will absolutely accomplish his dream to launch sustainable farms that our local communities can benefit from! This is why we believe Kris fully embodies what Robedom is all about! Kris, we at Robedom stand with and support your dream of local, sustainable, neighborhood farming! We can’t wait to see what you will accomplish next!

My man flyingdutchmen56 rockin that gear in ! Brad and his lovely wife are expecting a new edition to their family any day now! Brad, you’re going to be an amazing father! From the time I first met Brad, I was moved by his heart for others and by the love he carried for his bride, Erin. Anyone that knows him knows he has a heart of gold. Brad is genuinely a gift to all who have the opportunity to call him friend. He’s the kind of guy that will give you the shirt off his own back. The kind of guy that would stop everything he’s doing to help a friend in need. He loves to travel the world and I’m sure that everywhere he’s been he’s left a better place after he was there! Right now Brad and his wife are expecting and I know he desires to be the best husband and the best father he can be! I am confident that no dream in his life has priority over the dream that is about to be birthed into their family - Baby Oldenkamp! Here’s to you Brad in your pursuit of being the greatest husband and father that you can be! Cheers to you in your pursuit Brad!

Ryea has always been an example of hard work and dedication! Ryea has been on a relentless pursuit to up his personal game with everything he’s ever touched. After years of personal development he is now paid to teach others how to be the best version of themselves. He understands sacrifice better than most and understands reward and blessing better than most. He’s humble, yet responsible for many peoples livelihoods. He is a gate keeper for promotion in his realm of influence. His hard work and dedication to the process has set him heads and shoulders above his competition. His commitment to the process and the journey is allowing him to build the life HE wants to live, and He’s just getting started! Ryea is a role model in a world where it can be hard to find anyone you can look up and aspire to! He’s an amazing husband and a father to a beautiful family of 6, always putting his faith and his family at the forefront of his life. Prioritizing family in the grind is the best example anyone could have!
