🍅 WATCH OUT, MARINARA… our California Arbequina EVOO is about to take you to the NEXT LEVEL! 🫒🔥
A great marinara doesn’t need a million ingredients—it needs really GOOD ones. And when olive oil is one of the stars of the dish, quality matters!
🍝 Q&O Arbequina Marinara
You’ll need:
• 1 (28-oz) can Bianco DiNapoli whole tomatoes
• ¼ cup The Quail & Olive Arbequina EVOO
• 7 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
• Pinch of red pepper flakes
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 1 big sprig fresh basil
• About 1 cup water
Let’s cook!
Crush the tomatoes by hand, then rinse the tomato can with about a cup of water and save that tomato-y goodness.
Warm our Arbequina EVOO in a wide skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and let it gently sizzle—don’t let it brown! Add the tomatoes, a splash of the reserved tomato water, red pepper flakes and salt.
Lay that beautiful basil sprig right on top, let it wilt, then tuck it into the sauce. Simmer about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything becomes rich, glossy and absolutely delicious. Remove the basil, taste, and adjust your seasoning.
Toss with your favorite pasta, drizzle with a little more Arbequina EVOO and DIG IN. 🍝🫒

🥩🍷 Vacation cooking in Arnold, Quail & Olive style!
Cast-iron rib-eye, crispy potatoes, fresh summer arugula salad + a bottle of Frog’s Tooth Alicante Bouschet. PERFECTION.
🥩 RIB-EYE FOR 2
Season a thick-cut rib-eye with salt, pepper, garlic & rosemary. Marinate 20–30 min. Sear in our Butter Olive Oil 4–5 min., then roast at 450°F until 120°F inside. Rest 5–10 min. before slicing.
🥔 THE POTATOES
Boil baby potatoes until tender, then toss them right into that steak-filled skillet with our Doctor’s Blend EVOO, garlic, salt & pepper. Finish with parsley + lemon zest. Let them soak up ALL those delicious rib-eye juices!
🥗 SUMMER SALAD
Arugula + fresh tomatoes + corn cut from the cob + red onion, finished with Doctor’s Blend EVOO.
Simple ingredients. GREAT olive oil. Fantastic wine. That’s how we vacation! 🫒🥩🍷

🍋🍒 If you’re looking for the perfect summer appetizer, this Lemon Crostini with Pickled Cherries is guaranteed to impress! Creamy mascarpone and ricotta, sweet-tart pickled cherries, crispy crostini, and a drizzle of our Lemon Olive Oil and Bordeaux Cherry Vinegar create the perfect balance of bright, fresh flavors.
✨ Quick Recipe:
• Toast sliced baguette with a drizzle of Lemon Olive Oil.
• Spread with mascarpone or ricotta.
• Top with quick-pickled cherries (made with Bordeaux Cherry Vinegar, Pacific Spice Vinegar, red onion, fennel seed, mustard seed, peppercorns, and sea salt).
