If you are a vendor coming to Round Top Antique Show in October, High Country Venue at 1720 County Spur 458, Carmine TX has an enclosed rustic building for rent. It is 50’x50’ completely enclosed, pegboard walls, 2 overhead garage doors, electrical. The front overhang space has been rented (see photos). We are an antique/vintage venue.

Additionally we have a studio for rent which would accommodate 2 people with twin beds and a futon, fridge, microwave, tv and a full bath. Reasonably priced. Call 303 909-2724 and leave a message. I’ll return your call.

This is also a day that lives in history. The Battle of the Little Big Horn occurred 150 years ago today. It is also known as the Battle of the Greasy Grass by Native Americans. When I was 11 years old I found this “spent bullet” at the base of Last Stand Hill. This bullet came from either a 44 Henry or a 66 Wi******er rifle. These were the guns used by the Sioux, Cheyenne and the other tribes encamped in the valley. On this day 150 years ago this bullet became “spent” or used against a person or horse.
