Busy day in the kitchen today!

Restocking burger rub, hot pepper jelly, and red pepper jelly!!! Hot pepper vs red pepper? More jalapeños and less sugar in the hot pepper compared to less jalapeños to bell pepper ratio and more sugar in the red pepper. So hot and hot vs hot and sweet. Both go great with cream cheese and crackers!
