Today marks an exciting new chapter for Vital Show Solutions 🥳!

We’re proud to share that Marc Sartain has acquired majority ownership of the company, following a transition involving two of our four founding partners. We’re also pleased to confirm that Hector Valderas will continue in his role as COO and remains our second‑largest shareholder.

This transition reflects our long‑term vision and positions us for continued growth, stronger partnerships, and even greater value for our employees, clients, and industry partners.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our departing partners for their years of dedication and contributions to our success. We wish them the very best in their next chapters. Please join us in congratulating Marc Sartain and Hector Valderas on this milestone in the VSS journey.
