From the shadow of the cross, where sorrow and love met,

To the stillness of the tomb, where hope seemed lost,

A quiet dawn breaks, and the stone is rolled away.
The earth trembles with the promise of new life,
Darkness flees before the light of His resurrection.
He is risen! Death could not hold Him,
And the world is given a glimpse of His eternal grace.

Today we remember that from suffering springs salvation,
From sacrifice blooms hope,
And from despair rises joy that will never fade.
Rejoice in the new beginnings He brings,
Walk in the light of His love,
And carry the promise of Easter in your heart today and always.
