Elevated Interiors, Intentionally Lived.

Luxury isn’t just about how a home looks. It’s about how it feels, how it functions, and how effortlessly it fits the people who call it home.

At New Perspective Design, we believe exceptional interiors are created through thoughtful details, beautiful materials, and a carefully curated balance of comfort and sophistication.

From custom homes and complete renovations to furnishings and those final finishing touches, every element is intentionally selected to create spaces that feel timeless, personal, and distinctly yours.

Because a beautifully designed home should be just as wonderful to live in as it is to look at.

Explore the possibilities with New Perspective Design.

A study in contrast.

Warm wood against dramatic stone. Strong architectural lines softened by layered textures. Every material, finish, and furnishing chosen to create a space that feels both striking and inviting.

An approach to luxury that is as much about how a home feels as how it looks.

From the warmth of natural wood to the richness of layered textiles and thoughtfully curated accents, every detail brings depth and sophistication to this great room. A timeless space where refined design meets effortless comfort.

The finished spaces are the fun part to share. The things that happen before we get there? Sometimes a little scarier. 🎃

The perfect piece goes on backorder. A dining table arrives damaged. The sofa that definitely should fit… doesn’t. And every once in a while, a plan changes when you least expect it.
It’s all part of the process—and a big part of what we’re here for. We handle the phone calls, the claims, the reselections, the measuring, the tracking, and the problem-solving so our clients don’t have to.

Consider us your design team and your professional problem solvers. 👻

Such a fun team outing at the Cavalcade Tour of Homes today 🤍

We loved getting out of the showroom together and touring so many gorgeous homes. It’s always fun to see different design styles, unique selections, and fresh inspiration in person — and there was definitely no shortage of beautiful details today.

A great afternoon with the NPD team ✨🏡

Angie, Megan & Gabbie spent the afternoon checking out the Crystal Lake House Walk! 🏡

Angie & Megan stopped for a photo in front of one of the homes on the walk — designed by Angie herself. 🤍

Always fun to get out of the showroom and see some great local design!

The Cavalcade Tour of Homes is here! 🏡✨

We’re thrilled to be part of this year’s tour alongside Overstreet Builders, Inc.! New Perspective Design had the pleasure of designing their stunning Naperville model, and we can’t wait for you to experience it in person.

A little behind-the-scenes peek from install day! These photos were taken right in the middle of the action—as we were styling accessories and adding the finishing touches while the movers were still bringing in furniture. 🤍

Come see it all come together during the 2026 Cavalcade Tour of Homes, September 18–20 & 25–27. We hope to see you there!

🎟️ Visit Cavalcade Tour of Homes | Home Tour Northern IL for tour details and tickets.

There’s so much more happening behind the scenes of a design project than what you see in the finished photos. ✨

From precise field measurements to ensure every inch of cabinetry is perfectly placed, to scaling rooms so every piece of furniture fits just right. We source fabrics, finishes, furnishings and materials across countless lines to create a cohesive design, while producing detailed drawings and 3D renderings to bring each space to life before installation even begins.

Behind the scenes, we’re also working closely with vendors, contractors, builders, trades and installers, procuring and tracking orders, coordinating schedules and deliveries, troubleshooting the unexpected, and collaborating as a team to make sure every detail comes together.

And we’re doing all of that across multiple projects at once, each completely different from the next.

Every home we design is individualized to the people who live there, reflecting their personal style, taste and lifestyle rather than a one-size-fits-all look.

The finished space may be what you see, but this is a little glimpse of everything it takes to get there. 🤍

Everyone notices something different.

Some people immediately see the dramatic stone.

Others are drawn to the warm wood cabinetry, the custom ceiling detail, or the oversized island designed for gathering.

That’s one of our favorite things about great design—there’s always more than one focal point.

As you swipe through, we’re curious:
What was the first thing that caught your eye?
