This was the first piece of art donated to C3 by Ella Tracey Williams. She passed away earlier this year and there will be an auction of some of her work for charity on Dec. 4th at Village Art Circle - details are here: http://carycitizen.com/2016/11/09/village-art-circle-honoring-late-cary-artist-in-auction/ -87038

Ella was an inspiration, and a wonderful celebrated artist ! She always saw something in which there was innate art in cast off reusable materials! Please come out and see her work and honor her memory - a true friend of C3!

How will you celebrate Earth Day 2016?? Think REUSE!!
Clean out one drawer - donate doubles, not ever gonna fit again clothes, plant a tree, go OUTSIDE and breathe... appreciate the Earth that give all things life and sustains us!

We wish everyone a very Happy new Year! We are regrouping and will get updates out in early 2016! We appreciate all the support and good wishes for our continued success ! Make 2016 a green one! keep reusing as much as you can and donate those items to places that can use em if you cannot!

Saying "thanks" is not enough! Teresa and Linda- C3 volunteers have helped us through the years.. and are here at the end of the Mall location. Thanks and Merry Christmas to all those who have helped us in the move out- including Travis and Cory H., Barbara and Stan, Chris at the Scrap Exchange and Jesse- who helped at each of our locations! and thanks to Leslie and Jim for storing the C3 stuff so we can still do our outreach programming in the next chapter for C3.

We will regroup and the C3 Board will be meeting in January to plan for the future of the organization. Please sign up for our e-newsletter to keep posted. There will be need for volunteers in 2016 after the Board meets to set our course!

TOTAL CLEARANCE HAS ENDED!!! We are officially closed in our location at the Mall. There are GREAT organizations that you can continue to bring your resuable materials - as well as your local schools and possibly with your neighbors who are home schooling!! If you need a list of places, there are many across the country. C3 will keep you all posted on our next steps as we see what our future holds! Thanks for all the continued support and Happiest of Holiday to all!!
