🌧️ What The Rain Sees
Imagine the rain looking down, seeing its own reflection in a thousand colors! 🌧 This is my expression, my version of this dance of the droplets.
🎨 The artwork is composed of vibrant echoes of blue, orange, green and violet that bloom on the wooden panel, capturing the ecstasy of nature being satiated.
🌈 Pure white rings intersperse with rainbow hues, sometimes overlapping like secrets shared between clouds, creating a textured landscape of hope.
⛈️ Encased in a black wooden frame, the artwork’s edges are purposefully irregular—mimicking the natural, wandering path of rainwater as it finds its way home.
🖼 This artwork is a labor of patient love. I used Contemporary Quilling on Wooden Panel. It measures 9" x 9" and took approximately 70 hours of meticulous rolling and placing to bring this vision to life. It is available at Lula's Arts, Sweets & More.
"What The Rain Sees" is a reminder that even the smallest drop creates a ripple that can change the color of the world. 🌿✨
