Some afternoons ask for less.
Less rushing. Less holding it all together.

We are thrilled to announce we’ll be offering Qigong every two weeks! Sunday afternoons, March 15 & 29th from 2:00–3:00 PM, Linda Forster will be guiding us through Qigong here at BEE WELL — and it feels a little like coming home to your own body.

Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese practice of gentle, rhythmic movement paired with meditation and steady, intentional breathing. It’s often described as “moving meditation.”

Instead of sitting still, your body sways.
Your arms float.
Your breath deepens.

The practice works with your vital life energy — qi — helping it move and settle. Many people notice less stress, more ease in their joints, and a quiet clarity that lingers long after class ends. It’s sometimes called the internal root of Tai Chi — a foundational way of tending your physical and emotional well-being.

No experience needed.
No performance.

Just an hour to soften your shoulders and let your nervous system catch up with you.

Donations are welcome. Your presence matters most. Come move gently with us.
