Fall flavors are in full swing at my house 🍂🎃 I made this Pumpkin Praline Monkey Bread and let me tell you… it’s ooey-gooey, pumpkin-spiced, and topped with the most delicious praline crunch. Finished it off with a cream cheese glaze made from the cinnamon roll icing packets, and WOW 🤎✨ The perfect pull-apart treat for fall mornings or holiday gatherings!

Pumpkin Praline Monkey Bread

Ingredients
• 3 (12.4 oz) cans Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls (with icing packets)
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1 (15 oz) can 100% pure pumpkin
• 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
• 1 cup dark brown sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, divided
• 1 (10 oz) bag praline pecans

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a Bundt pan generously with nonstick spray.

2. Open the cinnamon rolls and cut each into 4 pieces.

3. In a bowl, mix sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Toss the cinnamon roll pieces in this mixture until coated.

4. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt together 4 oz cream cheese (half the block), butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth, then whisk in the pumpkin until fully combined.

5. Place half of the coated cinnamon roll pieces into the Bundt pan. Pour half of the pumpkin mixture over the top and sprinkle with half of the praline pecans.

6. Repeat with the remaining cinnamon roll pieces, pumpkin mixture, and pecans.

7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden and baked through. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.

8. While it cools, make the glaze: beat together the remaining 4 oz cream cheese with the three icing packets from the cinnamon rolls until smooth.

9. Drizzle glaze over the warm monkey bread before serving.

King Ranch Casserole

3 Chicken Breast, boneless
Cavender’s all purpose seasoning
Garlic Powder
Cumin
Salt and Pepper
2 cups Chicken Broth
1-Orange Bell Pepper, diced
1-Green Bell Pepper, diced
1-Medium Onion, diced
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1-14.5oz Fire Roasted Tomatoes, drained
1-4oz Green Chiles, mild
1-10.5oz Cream of Chicken
1-10.5oz Cream of Mushroom
8oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
8oz Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
12 corn tortillas
Butter

Pre heat oven 350

In the morning before heading out to work, place 3 chicken breast in crockpot. Season liberally each side with cavenders, garlic powder, cumin, salt, pepper and pour chicken broth around chicken breast. Cook on low.
In skillet, melt butter sauté peppers and onion. In large bowl take shred chicken breasts, add peppers and onion, drained tomatoes, green chiles, cream of chicken and cream of mushroom mix together. Butter a 8x8 casserole dish lay six corn tortillas on bottom, spread layer chicken mixture then cheese, repeat more layer top with cheese bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

You’ll have half the chicken mixture left. I roll chicken mixture in corn tortilla making taquitos. I place in freezer bag pull out as many as you want place in air fryer to eat!
