The first round of fleece for our pegloom class is drying in the sun, all of the looms were delivered today, and we now have everything we need for our June class! If you are signed up, and haven’t yet paid, please come by the shop and settle up. Also, if you haven’t obtained the two grip clamps you’ll need, there is still time to order some online.

I managed to liberate my fabric from the Feline Employees and am now happily stitching away on my first project with the pieces- a long, double layered stole/scarf. I’ll cover it with a simple running stitch in heavy sashiko thread, which will not only be lovely, but will help strengthen the very soft, warn linen.

Even partially stitched it feels weighty and protective, which is the magic of hand stitching.
