For the past two years, I’ve taken on fewer projects so I could spend more time with my three youngest—who were all under the age of two at the time. I still took orders, just at a slower pace so I could be present when my family needed me most.

I’m Ryan Baker, and together with my wife Ashley, we run Baker Woodworking. I build custom pieces with all the meaningful details—whether it’s a remembrance piece for a loved one or a vision you want brought to life. Carpentry is my passion, but family is everything.

Ashley and I have seven kids, with the youngest being our twin girls and our 1-year-old boy. Now the girls are off to school, and little Connor has become my new workshop buddy—so we’re excited to announce that we’ll be opening our schedule fully again for 2026.

Ashley works full-time as a paramedic, so life stays busy, but we’re grateful and ready to build for you again.
Here’s to 2026—let’s make something incredible.

Thinking about summer!

Custom built bar top- engraving made in their mom's handwriting.
This amazing couple reached out with a project idea that I immediately fell in love with.They shared letters their mom used to send, each ending with this special phrase. I carved those words into the bar top in her own handwriting, so it can live not only in their hearts, but now as a physical, lasting reminder as well.
