Looking for Treasures...
I recently started my Etsy shop after getting crafty with some of the treasures I have found on the beach. I love shelling and beachcombing - so much so that I usually get a neck ache by the time I leave from looking down at the sand for hours at a time! Being able to live about 15 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean on Long Island, NY allows me to go treasure hunting every d
ay if I wanted. I can't do that everyday, but the beaches are there if I could. It is truly incredible what beautiful sea shells and driftwood pieces there are out there. The colors, shapes and sizes are quite unique. I marvel at how mother nature brings us these creations by tumbling them in the sea and baking them in the sunshine. I am so glad that I can re-purpose some of these treasures and make them into something that others can enjoy too! Thanks for visiting and shopping!
