An inspiring evening celebrating the launch of Brizo's stunning new Faircroft Collection! 💫

The highlights for me include the new unlaquered brass finish , their stunning bridge faucets (especially the wall mounted bridge faucet… wouldn’t this look amazing on a full height stone backsplash?), the coin edge detail, and the new accessories that pair with these faucets. Check out the ring holder on the integrated jewelry tray!

I love seeing thoughtful design and beautiful craftsmanship come together, and this collection certainly delivers. Excited to incorporate these gorgeous pieces into future projects! 😍

“Home Sold in a Day” series post 3
Most agree that the kitchen and primary bathroom provide the highest financial return and buyer interest when selling a home.

Shout out to Tile Market of Delaware for always showing up (even when the client’s house has no power!) They made 3 trips today to make sure we could install the countertops, template for full height backsplash and get the seams perfect to keep our renovation on schedule. I am so excited about this kitchen…my client grew up in this house and she so deserves this new space! 🥰

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping several clients renovate their homes with the sole intention of preparing them for the market. In one memorable case, the transformation had such an impact that the family decided not to sell at all~ they fell in love with their home all over again. 😍
Other families did go on to move, but many told me the same thing… they only wished they had made the renovations sooner so they could have enjoyed them longer.
My hope for every client is that they get to experience and appreciate the results of our hard work for many years before saying goodbye to a home. This week, I’ve been reflecting on one of my all-time favorite clients and projects as this wonderful family begins an exciting new chapter in a new home.
Over the years, we transformed many rooms throughout their house, and it was incredibly rewarding to see all of that effort pay off when their home sold in less than a day! ✨✨✨
Moments like these remind me why I love what I do ❤️

Over the next several posts, I’ll showcase some of the room transformations in this special project
