We are still accepting custom orders for pick up on December 23rd. Come in and design your order with us by 6pm closing on Wednesday, December 18 for the most design options. We will have a curated selection for last minute framing available until 6pm closing on Saturday, December 21. Or, anytime during this month place your order for pick up during the month of January and enjoy a 15% discount. Walk in hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 10 to 6, and Tuesday and Thursday 10 to 7. Appointments are not needed during those hours, but you can call to make purchase or pick up appointments for any time outside of those hours, 7 days a week. We will be closed to appointments on December 24th, and closed to walk in customers on December 24th, 25th, and January 1st.

Hi folks! It's been a while since we've posted but Facebook is telling me that we're getting a lot of views right now, which probably means people are looking for info, so here's a quick info post!
Q: Are you still taking holiday orders?
A: Yes. When you come in you'll be asked if you need your framing complete by Christmas or another day, or given the option to wait until later in January for completion. If you choose January pick-up you'll be extended a 15% discount on your order.
Q: Great! How soon should I come in?
A: Finish reading this while you're putting your art in the car. :) Ordering sooner allows us to design framing with greater options from more vendors and we don't know when we'll be at our limit and have to decline orders. We haven't had to do that in the past, but there is always a first.
Q: What are your hours?
A: We have the doors open Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 10 to 6, and Tuesday and Thursday 10 to 7. Call us at 440 543 7003 x3 if you wish to come a few hours earlier or later, or on a Sunday. We are closed Sundays, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.
Q: Why can you frame by Christmas when others are declining orders?
A: We prepare for this for a long time, increase our supply of materials on hand, and work whatever hours are needed.

We have returned to normal hours as of May 12th. Enhanced buying options are now available.
Our goal is to meet your level of comfort. During walk in hours the store can accommodate three sets of customers each with their own 200 square feet of space. Additional space is available for waiting.

Design tables and frame samples are disinfected after each design session. Contactless payment methods are available. Masks are worn by your designers.

Enhanced experiences now include:

Appointment Scheduling.
With an appointment you may reserve the store after hours for a private buying experience. You may also reserve a favorite designer for a specific time any time of day, or set a time for an in home consult. Appointment hours are from 10am to 9pm Monday thru Friday and 10am to 7pm on Saturdays.

Curbside Pickup: When your order is complete you will be notified via phone or text. If you reply to that message when at the curb we will bring out your items.

Pick Up and Delivery services are available for a fee.

Distance shopping options include dropping off at the door or scheduling a pick up and later working with us over email, text and phone while we provide a virtual design experience.

We will be open by appointment starting May 2nd and open for walk in business on May 12th.
Beginning May 2nd:
Customers are welcome by appointment. Instant appointments may be requested at the door or over the phone and are available 10AM to 6PM Monday through Saturday. Scheduled appointments are available 10AM through 9PM Monday through Saturday.

We have three design tables each with their own 400 square feet of space to accommodate up to three customers at a time. You may request to have the store closed to other guests during your appointment.
