I needed a headshot for a few things. I was nervous and almost canceled because I was giving myself so much anxiety/stress.
Well Mrphab Photos is just magical to work with. Phillip has a way of making you comfortable and feel your best self and before you know it you are laughing and comfortable!

We sat right down after the pictures and reviewed the results. I got to help pick the pictures and it was really so positive and a nice experience being part of the whole process! We both worked our way through the pictures to narrow them down and I honestly was surprised how much input I had!

I can’t recommend Phillip enough and it was such a positive experience.

I was asked to make a special gift for a baptism today. The godmother requested a Cross of Lorraine for her niece and then they wanted to get one later for themselves to match it.
I had an idea to make them both at the same time. I made the cross and used the cut away, or the frame of the cut, as the other necklace. This way they were crafted together from the same sterling sheet. Puzzle pieces.
I originally was thinking to make the larger piece oval, but when I thought to add the flames the rectangle was perfect.
I was very honored to make this special gift.

I am working hard to get ready for some upcoming shows!!!
The first is Fandom Fest! April 22 from noon to 7 pm. AimeeBeth and I will be set up as Dirty Nerdy Girls selling our wares.

The next show is Strange Days Makers Fest! I could not be more exited to be part of this event with some amazing artists!! October 7th!

Tom has my flameworking studio all set up and I am melting the first glass I have in a few years tomorrow! I am nervous and excited.

Right now I just finished up new earrings! Fresh out of the oven. Adding the hooks tomorrow! Also some new metalsmith work too!
I have 8 sets of the flyswatter and fly earrings all ready to go!

Today I had the pleasure of teaching Ann & Lauren at Council For The Arts Chambersburg another class on soldering. We had enough time for a bracelet and a pendant and we tried a few new things.
Lauren is adding her own chain to her bracelet when she gets home.
Both did amazing and got in more practice with techniques and learned some new things!

First day back in the studio for about a year! We brought the work bench out of storage and I was making things before I even got it in the studio!
Probably won’t get the bench upstairs until next week, but the dining room worked for today!! I thought I would feel rusty, but not a hitch.
