Noelker and Hull Noelker and Hull Associates, Inc. We execute projects across the United States from our offices in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania and Frederick, Maryland.

is a trusted architectural, master planning, and interior design firm with offices in Chambersburg, PA, and Frederick, MD dedicated to client centered solutions and memorable, award winning environments across the U.S. Noelker and Hull is a professional architectural design, master planning and interior design firm serving clients in a variety of markets. Our firm is large enough to undertake any

project, but small enough to have few layers of management. Each client works directly with our principals throughout a project. We pride ourselves on cultivating friendly and long-term relationships. We listen closely to understand our clients' needs and respond with appropriate design solutions. King, Asbury & Associates, a diversified architectural practice concentrating on educational, institutional and commercial design, joined Noelker and Hull in 2014. The firm provides conceptual planning, facility programming, architectural design and construction documents, as well as the essential follow-through during the construction and post-occupancy periods. Specialized services include master planning, estimating, interior design, facility evaluation and feasibility studies. As professionals, we are committed to architecture that is sympathetic to both its physical and social surroundings. We begin each project by examining the given contexts of landscape and community and study them to understand the limits they impose as well as the opportunities they present. Our designs respond to many different levels of environmental concern, including physical appearance, materials palette and levels of energy consumption.

We’re excited to celebrate a big win for our community! 🎉

The Keystone Health Catherine Street Center has received the Cumberland Valley Business Alliance Project Improvement Award—and we’re proud to have partnered with Keystone Health on this meaningful project.

This new three-story medical office building brings essential services like primary care, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and urgent care together in one convenient location, making healthcare more accessible for families across the region.

Projects like this are more than buildings - they’re investments in healthier, stronger communities.

Congratulations to Keystone Health and the entire team! 👏

Our hospitality team is currently supporting the adaptive reuse of a historic building in Columbia, Pennsylvania, converting a former 19th century industrial structure into the Hampton by Hilton at Chip Factory Hotel by Cimarron Investments .

Originally built in 1876 as a hardware factory and later used in the 1930s and 1940s by Becker Pretzel Bakeries – Potato Chip Division, this project thoughtfully blends historic preservation with modern hospitality design. Our interior designers are collaborating with Dever Architects to deliver a solution that respects the building’s architectural integrity while meeting contemporary hospitality standards.

Construction is underway with anticipated completion in Fall 2026. Follow along for project updates and future progress photos as this hospitality transformation comes to life!

🏛️ National Preservation Month

At Noelker and Hull Associates, we recognize historic preservation as an essential part of responsible architectural practice—honoring the integrity of existing structures while thoughtfully adapting them for modern use.

Our team has successfully completed numerous projects approved by Historical Architectural Review Boards, ensuring each building’s character and history remain intact. These efforts include the Monocacy Valley Canning Company in Frederick, Maryland; the Premier HVAC Services building in Greencastle, Pennsylvania; and our latest adaptive reuse project alongside Dever Architects currently under construction—the Hampton Inn Chip Factory Conversion in Columbia, Pennsylvania.

Preservation-focused design allows us to transform existing buildings into functional, meaningful spaces while reinforcing community identity and sustainability. We’re proud to contribute to safeguarding these places for future generations!
