🧶💀 53 DAYS TO GO 💀🧶

I GOT ACCEPTED!! 😭🥹

Kozy Kustom Stitching will officially have a booth at the Family Life Vendor Show on November 14th! 🎉

So… naturally, I decided I have 53 days to turn a pile of yarn, fabric, and questionable amounts of ambition into an actual vendor booth. 😂

I’ve got a LOT of making to do between now and then, and I figured I’d take you guys along for the chaos. 🧶😂

First big project is already underway — this colorful skull tapestry using some Red Heart Super Saver Color Block “Party Time” yarn I picked up secondhand. 🌈💀

25 rows down… and a whole lot more to go.

Follow along while I see just how much I can make in 53 days. 👀

From a pile of yarn to a finished triceratops 🦖💚

I absolutely loved watching this little guy come together stitch by stitch! 🧶✨

Here’s the whole process — from the very first pieces to the finished dinosaur. And honestly… I’m pretty obsessed with how he turned out! 😍

There’s just something so satisfying about seeing an idea in your head turn into an actual handmade creation.

These little guys are going to be seasonal + customizable, so I’ll be switching up the designs throughout the year. 🎃🍂🎄❤️

🦖✨ A little behind-the-scenes look at how this Dino hat came to life…

The design process:
🎡 Pick the yarn colors by spinning a wheel with all of Mom’s yarn options.
🧶 Wait (not so patiently 😂) while Mom turns the idea into reality.
✨ End up with a completely one-of-a-kind hat made just for you.

This Dino hat was designed by my little guy, and I’d say his creative direction was a success! 💚💜💙

One of my favorite things about handmade creations is that they can tell a story. This isn’t just a hat — it’s a piece made from imagination, personality, and a little bit of fun. 🧶

At Kozy Kustom Stitching, I love creating pieces that are unique to the person wearing them. Whether it’s a favorite color combination, a favorite animal, a fun theme, or letting your little one help design their own custom piece, the possibilities are endless!

This hat has officially earned a spot in his ever-growing hat collection… even if he’s already taken it off to wear his other favorite hat. 😂🦖
