Today's project makes me so happy 😁! There's just something so nice about a fully functional, non leaking, nice high faucet. Since installing it I cleaned the sink and counters so they would not make my faucet look bad. Then I proceeded to wash all the dishes as I cooked dinner just so I could keep using the faucet and new sprayer 🤣.

My daughter and I had some fun patching her ripped jeans with some fun scraps. We love how they turned out!!

Finally doing more in the bathroom!! Most of the old flooring is out. Now we have to deal with sections under the tub, radiator, vanity and in the closet.

This summer has been crazy but this week we finally dealt with a trouble spot and have jumped into the remodel of our upstairs bathroom with both feet. It all started with some leaking pipes behind the toilet. After a few trips to the store we ripped out all the old and ended up with some temporary vinyl around the toilet (because my bathroom is always wet) and a new non leaky toilet. Now we can start ripping up the rest of the flooring and such but still have a functional toilet during the rest of the work. The only question is why did I decide to do this when my husband and teenage boys were out of town..... because I'm crazy that's why. However now the 12&10 yr olds know how to replace a toilet 🤣
