With rising costs of postage, many opt to not send cards. A quick call or text will do. However there is just something wonderful about getting your mail from the box, sorting through the junk and political ads and finding a card. Especially a handmade one!
I received this card from my friend Penelope Gonzalez-Aguilar. Most of the time she mails cards but this time she personally handed it to me. She really values the institute of marriage and frequently acknowledges people’s anniversaries. (It’s the only card we got for this event - including from each other!)
Penelope is creative but more than that, she is a joyful, caring and kind person.
Small things can make big differences in peoples lives. Send the card.
