As I pack up my office this weekend, I find myself reflecting on just how meaningful my time in Chapin has been.
To my clients, thank you. Thank you for trusting me with your homes, your ideas, and the spaces that hold your lives. It has been an honor to create alongside you and to be invited into something so personal.
And to the Chapin community, your support has meant everything. You've allowed me to grow, to build, and to evolve not only as a business owner, but as a designer. I am endlessly grateful. Being trusted with something that meaningful has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.
The past year has brought a level of growth and clarity I have never experienced, both personally and professionally. While there were many reasons to celebrate, there were also unexpected situations and challenges, moments that tested my trust, my boundaries, and my resilience. While not always easy, every part refined me, strengthening my perspective, sharpening my instincts, and giving me a deeper sense of confidence in how I move forward.
At the same time, my girls are at such an important age, and I feel the pull to be more present, to slow down, and to not miss these fleeting years. Giving myself the grace and freedom to honor that has been one of the most important decisions I've made.
So, I'm stepping into this new season, one where I will take on only a small number of large scale, highly curated projects each year. I can truly pour into every detail the way I've always envisioned and dreamed.
This is not an ending, just a closing of a chapter that shaped me in so many ways. A steady, intentional step into what's next, with more clarity, purpose, and alignment than ever before.
I am deeply thankful for what was, and truly excited for what's to come.
