This week's kitchen is a follow up to last week's bathroom. Our brave client decided to tackle back-to-back projects in her home with Lauren & the Victory Builders team, and we're thrilled about how this all flowed together. Check out the before & after images of this gorgeous space!

We completely reworked the kitchen to space everything out and provide much more work surface for this baking family. To accomplish this, we expanded the kitchen into the former play area for the grandkids off the kitchen, rebuilt the area, fitting a new window, and creating a ton of storage and countertop. We made the cooking area a focal point, across from the ovens, but still styling it beautifully. While part of the focus was hidden storage, we also wanted to play with glass and floating shelves to show of the client's gorgeous collection. The pops of color from her accessories absolutely make the space a hit.

Check out the huge changes in this primary bathroom that Lauren & Victory Builders completed earlier this year! The goal here was to make everything brighter, have a larger shower, and more storage space, and we did just that.

We took out the previous water closet where the huge shower now sits and put it where the former shower was. The biggest change was taking out the huge jacuzzi tub to open up floor space. Doing this allowed us to add a seating area to dry off at. We couldn't be happier with the look & feel of this space. Thank you to our client who trusted us to take this on, while also having her kitchen done. Double trouble! We can't wait for you to see the kitchen next week.

Hey friends! Check out the before & after pictures of this new kitchen right across the river from us at Imperial Towers! Lauren & contractors Robbie & Josh worked hard to make a huge difference without reinventing the wheel here. While the layout stayed the same, we removed soffits for taller cabinets, added huge pantry storage to the peninsula wall, and changed up the color tones in the space.

The Koch Cabinets in the 'Bristol' door style with 'Oyster' finish bring the space up to date, while keeping a classic feel. The stunning granite the client & Lauren picked together at Bailes Granite & Marble works perfectly with the crackled nabi subway tile, and the brand new luxury vinyl plank flooring that runs throughout the condo. We also added built in units for the closets in the space for better organization!

Thank you so much to the homeowners for allowing us to take over their space, and for already planning to do their bathrooms with us in the spring!

Hey friends, check out this huge kitchen overhaul that Lauren & Victory Builders recently finished. This is one of her favorite projects to date! You will see that we that we completely moved the kitchen into what once was the dining room, put a beautiful bar/seating area in the former kitchen, and turned the desk area into the new dining room.

For this project, we used Koch Cabinets in the 'Savannah' door style, with 'Accessible Beige' paint on the wall runs & 'Taupe' on the islands for a subtle, but stunning contrast. To keep the space warm, we utilized gold finishes on our cabinet hardware, lighting, and plumbing pieces. The LaVenta Quartz in 'White Out' was the perfect fit for both the cabinetry & the stunning raised backsplash tile that the client sourced.

This client & her best friend are excellent decorators, and have really brought the rooms to life with their own personal touches. We couldn't be happier with how inviting this space is & how it all flows together.
