Izby is not only our store, it is the full circle of our lives as we have become vintage and, hopefully, not yet quite antique. In 1971, a very quiet young man, and a very gabby but proper young lady dated for about 9 months. As so often happens at such an age, the long-distance of this college relationship cooled the flames of young love, and all contact between th

e two was lost for nearly 40 years. A serendipity meeting at the family business of Hamby Catering reunited the two and, this time, the quiet young man did not let that proper girl slip away. Combining our last names of Izard and Hamby results in Izby. We dearly hope you enjoy the fruits of our story as we have enjoyed watching them come to life for you.
