This is a 120-year-old house in Charlotte's NODA district. The clients wanted something that wasn't era indicative, utilizing classic materials like stone but in an arguably more modern context.

Custom black and white marble floor. It's a mixed combination of 4x12 white marble, same size in black, centered with a 12x12 black marble piece. This is a century + year old home in the NODA district in Charlotte.

This project, and bathroom, was a monster.

12x24 porcelain on the main floor in a 90° herringbone. 24x48 of the same field tile on the shower walls & ceiling, Calacatta marble on the pan and niche insert.

I love this Tresana tile, it's so sleek and it patterns super easily.
