Are you more of a night or morning person? That’s an interesting question. How do I answer that? I can get up early if I go to sleep early. I do prefer to be up late, but I can’t sleep after the designated time. Whatever time I practice getting up sticks. So it’s a matter of shifting my time. So does that make me a morning or night person. Your guess is as good as mine.
