Nancy and her team have designed over 150 rooms and several entire homes each year, creating clean, timeless designs with infusions of contemporary elements. Good Manors provides clients with a comprehensive design solution, creating architectural renovation plans or working with architects and builders to carefully manage a project to completion. Maloney is businesslike in her approach to budgets and timelines, prioritizing transparency, communication and efficiency throughout the planning and billing process. Her style is warm, personal, reflective of client’s interests, and grounded in antiques with pops of contemporary art & furnishings. Nancy appreciates the patina of timeless furnishings and uses them in layers with interesting lighting, fresh fabrics, and architectural patterns. Good Manors projects have been featured in Southpark Magazine, as well as in the Dilworth Home Tour, Charlotte Kitchen Tour, and twice in the Mint Museum Home & Garden Tour.
