Our Fish and chips are undoubtedly our most popular menu item over the last four years. We are running this while supplies last. So come on in, say goodbye, and get you this fan favorite before it's gone for good.

After many a great day and a few bad ones, we have made the tough decision to close our Hot Box kitchen here in Concord on September 30th. The last four years have been amazing, rewarding, challenging, and humbling all at the same time.

Due to health risks, rising operating costs, and an extremely sluggish summer, we had to call it. We will still be operating the HBX Burgers kitchen at .nc, and chef will be active in the community in his new role at Carolina Farm Trust.

We aren't gone yet. Come see us over the next few weeks and say farewell. We will have Fried Catfish Sandwiches on special this week and Tijuana Mac Bowl next. You can also expect a few brunch surprises. We loved our time in Concord and are thankful for the opportunity there at .
