We recently completed several porch and patio coating projects in the same Cornelius, NC neighborhood.

One homeowner had their rear patio finished in 1/4" Outback flake and their front porch finished in 1/4" Deep Brown flake. From there, the project expanded into nearby homes. We also completed the neighbor’s patio in 1/4" Shoreline flake and another neighborhood porch and patio in 1/4" Sable flake.

This is a great example of how neighborhood group buy discounts can work. When multiple homeowners in the same area schedule their porch, patio, or garage floor coatings together, it can help reduce mobilization costs and create better pricing for everyone involved.

This two-car garage in Concord, NC got a clean new finish with our 1/4" Outback flake blend.

Our crew prepared the concrete surface, installed our MVB epoxy basecoat, broadcast the Outback flake, and finished the system with a polyaspartic topcoat for long-term durability.

The Outback flake blend is a great option for homeowners who want a warmer, natural-looking garage floor that still feels clean and practical. It also helps hide normal dust and wear better than bare concrete or a solid-color coating.
