Happy World Teachers' Day. To everyone who has stood at the front of a classroom, run a workshop, coached a team, or patiently walked a colleague through something new — thank you. The patience and the belief in someone else's potential rarely gets the credit it deserves.

Today's the day to say it out loud: if someone taught you something that stuck, tell them.
